Refund Policy

At Luminum Glow Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items on sale or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the issue.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
